Head Nurse / Treatment Coordinator – Mixed Practice | Full-Time | Competitive Salary | West Yorkshire

We are a modern, patient-focused mixed dental practice located in West Yorkshire, offering both NHS and private treatments. Our practice is home to six spacious and fully equipped surgeries, supported by the latest dental technology including digital X-rays, a CBCT scanner, and intra-oral scanners.

Position Details:

  • Role: Head Nurse / Treatment Coordinator

  • Location: West Yorkshire (mixed NHS & private practice)

  • Working Hours: Full-time, 8:20am – 5:50pm (Thursday until 7:20pm)

  • Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

  • Team: Supportive, multi-disciplinary team in a modern and welcoming practice environment

  • Technology: Digital X-rays, CBCT scanner, intra-oral scanners

  • Environment: 6 modern surgeries with a strong focus on patient care and development

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the dental nursing team, ensuring high clinical standards and smooth daily operations

  • Provide chairside support to clinicians across a wide range of treatments

  • Act as Treatment Coordinator, guiding patients through their treatment journey and discussing private treatment options

  • Oversee compliance, stock control, and best practice protocols within the surgery

  • Support training and development of junior nurses and new team members
