Prior to this Paul worked in the same industry providing similar services and felt that the market required a different approach. Paul’s background, apart from brokerage and recruitment services, is on the strategic side of business.

Phil joined Dental Elite at the start of 2017 and soon became an integral part of the practice sales team before being promoted to Director of Practice Sales in April 2023. He has over 10 years’ experience in the dental industry specialising in implantology, periodontal disease and pharmaceutical sales where he was the National Sales Manager.

Lisa joined Dental Elite in September 2015 and has worked as a recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant and team leader before being promoted to Associate Director of Recruitment in May 2023. She continues to lead the recruitment team, and also heads up the locum desk, working with practices nationwide to find solutions to their locum requirements.

Julie joined the team in 2019. She has an extensive background in Practice Management and has a depth of knowledge of the inner workings of a Dental Practice. Nick joined Dental Elite in September 2020 as Senior practice valuer. Nick’s background prior to Dental Elite was in Mergers, Acquisitions and Portfolio Manager for a Worldwide Dental Corporate assisting the group to grow from 44 to circa 465 sites at the time he left. With an extensive background of 18 years in the healthcare and dental sector, holding positions ranging from area and regional manager to operations and sales, Nick has become an integral part of the practice sales team.

Carl joined Dental Elite in June 2014 and is a very experienced account manager which has been recognised with an Employee of the Year award and Highly Commended Award for the same over the years. Laura’s journey with Dental Elite began in the spring of 2016. Her dedication and commitment have propelled her through the ranks, and she currently holds a pivotal role within the Sales Progression Team, having achieved a well-deserved promotion to Senior Buyer Account Manager in September 2023. Before her tenure with Dental Elite, Laura demonstrated her exceptional organizational skills by coordinating various charitable events, including several notable London to Paris cycle rides.

Distinctly Experts, Distinctly Good Service
Dental Elite is owned and run by Luke Moore and Paul Wilkinson. The company was formed by the current directors in Spring 2010 and has quickly become recognised as a firm offering a distinctly different service. The two directors are experienced and educated in different areas including Accounting, Brokering, Financial Management, Marketing, Recruitment and Search Engine Optimisation collectively forming a strong leadership team with an abundance of knowledge to impart on dental practices UK wide. We also have members of the team who have worked at the coal-face of dentistry so have a full grasp of the daily challenges in practice life. The directors had previously worked with another recognised dental agency in senior positions and decided that there was a need in the industry for a more consultative approach whose business was centered around offering their clients an expert service with a transparent fee structure based solely on service delivery.
