We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art mixed practice opening this September in Camborne, Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a new practice from day one, offering excellent earning potential, flexible working patterns, and the chance to build a thriving private patient base.

About the Role

  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Days Available: Full-time or part-time considered
  • Working Hours: Flexible across the practice opening hours
  • UDA Allocation: 5,000 UDAs
  • UDA Rate: £17 per UDA (negotiable for the right candidate)
  • Upfront Payment: £10,000
  • Patient Mix: NHS and Private
  • Private Split: 50%
  • Excellent opportunity to build and grow a private patient list

  • Brand-new 4-surgery practice

  • Supportive team including two Dental Therapists and an Associate Dentist

Requirements

  • GDC Registered Dentist
  • NHS Performer Number required
  • Committed to providing high-quality patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated to develop both NHS and private dentistry
  • 1 Years Experience in Dentistry
