Operational Director required- FIELD BASED- Must be willing to travel to multiple Dental Practices across UK- Start date asap- Can wait for suitable Candidate to complete notice period- £80,000.00 SALARY!

·Role requires Candidate to travel to multiple Dental Practices -

Dental Management experience preferred but not essential- Our client will consider Candidates from Pharmacy, Veterinary & Clinical Management backgrounds for this role.

Your main responsibilities will include:
·4 days per week (non-negotiable)
·Compliance
·HR
·Complaints
·Business Development & building new relationships with clients
Requirements or Skills:
·Have experience of managing multiple sites (will be predominantly Southeast based, but will require occasional travel to other regions due to business needs)
·Confident & friendly
·People skills
·Hunger to grow the business
·Driver’s license
·Being able to deal with difficult personalities
