We’re recruiting for a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Liverpool with a loyal patient base and strong demand for both NHS and private dentistry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician to join a modern, fully digital practice and benefit from a £20,000 NHS bonus scheme alongside strong private earning potential.

About the Role

• Contract: Full-time only (required for NHS bonus scheme)
• Start Date: 1st April 2026
• Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
• UDA Rate: £14 per UDA
• UDA Target: 6,000 UDAs
• Bonus Scheme: £20,000 available upon achieving the annual target
• Private Split: 50% private / 50% labs
• Patient List: Established patient base

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years UK experience (required for NHS bonus scheme eligibility)
• Confident delivering high-quality NHS and private dentistry
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Motivated clinician capable of managing a busy established list
• Long-term mindset and strong team ethos

Practice Details

• Mixed practice – 50% NHS / 50% private
• 4 surgery practice
• Fully digital practice using R4 software
• Advanced equipment including CBCT scanner, 3Shape intraoral scanner, and digital X-rays
• On-site parking available
• Good local transport links

Requirements

• GDC registered
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 3 years UK dental experience
• Visa sponsorship not available
