Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Rhyl, North Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy NHS and private practice with a loyal patient base, strong private growth opportunities, and the backing of a progressive clinician-led dental group.

About the Role

• Start Date: Immediate
• Contract: Full-time preferred, part-time considered (minimum 3 days)
• Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
• NHS Remuneration: 40% NHS split (negotiable)
• Private Remuneration: 45% private split (negotiable)
• Retainer Available: Guaranteed day rate available for the initial months if required
• Relocation Package: Available for exceptional candidates committing to 4+ days per week
• Patient Base: Established NHS list maintained since 2006

Ideal Candidate

• Active NHS Performer Number essential
• FD+1 candidates welcome with mentoring available
• Confident delivering general NHS dentistry
• Keen to develop private treatments alongside NHS
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented with a professional approach
