We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Dental Practice Manager to lead our clients Manchester City Centre practice, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth within our dynamic team.
Their practices invest on digital technology and IT systems to ensure our Practice Managers have access to the right information, at the right place at the right time including iComply/iTeam/iLearn.
Shift and schedule
·8.5 hour shift
·Monday to Friday
·End of Year Performance Bonus
We seek an experienced management professional with a proven track record in team management, financial acumen, and dental practice management experience. The successful candidate must have proven management experience within the dental industry.
·Proven dental management experience.
·DBS checks required.
·Experience in SOE Exact
£35,000 a year plus end of year performance bonus
As a Practice Manager, you'll ensure the efficient day-to-day operation, lead a multidisciplinary team, and analyze business performance data. Your role encompasses staffing, patient care, administration, and management of private patient services.
·Develop and motivate the team, ensuring a positive culture.
·Oversee recruitment, induction, and training processes.
·Monitor staff records and compliance with employment legislation.
·Organize staff rotas, manage conflicts, and support individual performance management.
·Manage patient complaints and queries with empathy and professionalism.
·Collaborate with the marketing manager to update patient communications.
·Liaise with the Treatment Coordinator team on private enquiry KPIs.
·Efficiently manage diaries, daily checklists, and front house tasks.
·Maintain practice documentation, policies, and procedures.
·Handle practice finances, including accounting and budget management.
·Ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
·Utilities and facilities management including arranging any building maintenance and repairs.
·Produce and maintain practice operations manual
·Work with marketing team to create brand awareness.
·Work with the team to ensure 5-star customer service and enhance private patient journey experience.
·Arrange finance options and monitor private fee collection by front of house team.
·Audit telephone communications to highlight any staff training needed.
·Competitive salary: £35,000.00 per year.
