We need a Locum Dentist with an active performer number to start working for our client in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire to start ASAP.

·Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri available
·Hours - 08.45 - 17.00
·Private & Labs Split 50%
·£500 per DAY based on average of 30 UDAs
·+/- £15 per UDA with average target of 30 per day
