We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a busy, well-established mixed practice in Chatham, Kent. This is a strong opportunity for a clinician looking to combine NHS stability with excellent private earning potential in a high-demand area.
The practice has full diaries, an established patient base, and a clear focus on private growth alongside NHS care.

About the Role

  • Start Date: ASAP (flexible for notice periods)
  • Diaries: Full and well-maintained
  • UDA Rate: £12.50–£13.50 per UDA
  • Private Split: 40%–45% (sliding scale)
  • Private Focus: Strong emphasis on new private patients and converting existing base
  • NHS: No new NHS patients unless agreed by the clinician
  • Earning Potential: Strong daily private income alongside NHS delivery
