We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a busy, well-established mixed practice in Gillingham, Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-performing team in a practice known for comprehensive, relationship-led dentistry and strong private uptake.

The practice combines NHS stability with a clear focus on growing private revenue, particularly cosmetic and restorative treatments.

About the Role

  • Start Date: ASAP (flexible for notice periods)
  • Diaries: Full and well-maintained
  • UDA Rate: £13.50 per UDA
  • Private Split: 40%–45% (sliding scale)
  • Private Focus: Emphasis on new private patients and private conversion
  • NHS: No new NHS patients unless agreed by the clinician
  • Average Production: Strong earning potential with typical private income alongside NHS
