We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a busy, modern mixed practice in Worthing, West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to take over a well-established, high-demand patient list within a supportive and well-equipped environment, offering strong NHS stability alongside excellent private earning potential.

About the Role:

  • Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday + 1/2 Saturday per month
  • Start Date: ASAP / flexible
  • UDA Rate: £14
  • Private Split: 45%–50% (depending on agreement)
  • Lab Bills: 50:50
  • List: Taking over an established, very busy patient list
  • Contract: Permanent

Practice Details:

  • Modern, busy mixed practice
  • Fully equipped, high patient demand
  • Strong private potential alongside NHS list
  • Supportive clinical environment
  • Established patient base with consistent flow

Requirements:

  • GDC registered
  • NHS Performer Number required
  • Confident, motivated clinician able to manage a busy list
  • Mixed practice experience preferred
