Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Bradford, offering an established patient list and strong support from an experienced clinical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an associate-led practice, providing a balanced NHS and private workload with flexibility on working days.

About the Role

  • Contract: 1–3 days per week
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 (Friday 09:00 – 15:30)
  • Weekends: None
  • UDA Rate: £15 per UDA
  • Private Split: 50%
  • Lab Bills: 50/50
  • Patient Base: Established list available

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 1 year UK experience
  • Confident delivering general NHS and private dentistry
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Team-oriented with a professional approach
  • Comfortable working within an associate-led environment

Practice Details

  • Mixed practice (50% NHS / 50% private)
  • 6 surgery practice
  • Fully digital using SOE software
  • Supportive and experienced clinical team
  • Ample free on-site parking available

  • GDC registered Dentist
  • Active NHS Performer Number
  • Right to work in the UK
