We are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking, independently owned practice in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, who are seeking a Dentist to join their growing team. This is a brilliant time to join—new leadership, a full rebrand underway, modernised surgeries, and long-term plans to transition toward a more private-led model.

THE ROLE

  • Full or Part Time considered – all weekdays available
  • Start Date: Flexible
  • UDA Rate: Up to £15.00, depending on experience
  • Private Split: 45%
  • Established NHS list in place with scope to build strong private book
  • NHS commitment until December (when NHS contract ends) and then fully private from Jan 2026.
  • Working Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm
  • Supportive of FD+ candidates or less experienced dentists looking to grow
  • Would also suit an experienced dentist who wants to grow with the practice and develop a private list

THE PRACTICE

  • Mixed NHS/private practice, aiming for greater private focus eventually moving away from an NHS model
  • Expanding to 4 surgeries (currently 2)
  • Fully digital with modern equipment including iTero Scanner
  • SOE Software (open to review)
  • Excellent local reputation – affluent patient base
  • Free parking and strong local transport links
  • Brand-new website and rebrand coming soon
  • Supportive Principal with a clear long-term vision

REQUIREMENTS

  • GDC Registered
  • NHS Performer Number required
  • Fully compliant
