We’re recruiting for multiple Associate Dentist roles across 5 well-established practices in and around Barnsley. With full patient lists, supportive teams and excellent flexibility, this is a great opportunity for newly qualified or experienced Associates looking to build both NHS and private income in a trusted, community-focused setting.

This a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow some private revenue as the practice would consider supporting any specialism with full clinical freedom. You would also have current Associates referring internally.

About the Role:
Start Date: ASAP
Days Available: Full-time or part-time – all days available
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexible)
UDA Rate: £14.50–£15.00 per UDA
Private Split: 50/50 including labs
Private Growth: Practices are NHS-focused but happy to support associates in building private income and will have dentists referring internally!
Additional Income: Earn via referrals to in-house therapists
Experience Level: No minimum experience required

Five practice locations within a 10-mile radius (excluding Darton)
Opportunity to work across multiple sites
Long-standing teams and stable patient base

Practice Details:
NHS / Private Split: Mainly NHS with private potential
Number of Surgeries: 2–6 depending on site (practices range from 7,000 to 25,000 UDAs)
Digitalised: Fully digital including digital x-rays and rotary endo
Software: R4 (majority) and Edge (at one site)
Equipment: All practices equipped with scanners and modern technology
Parking: Available at all sites
Transport Links: Well-connected across the Barnsley area
