We’re recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a newly opened mixed NHS and private practice in Chard, Somerset, which opened in December 2025. This role offers flexible UDAs, modern facilities, and excellent support to develop both NHS and private work.

About the Role

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Days: Full time or part time considered
  • UDA Allocation: 2,000 – 10,000 UDAs (flexible)
  • UDA Rate: £15–£17 per UDA
  • Private Split: 50%
  • Practice Type: Mixed NHS & Private
  • Mentorship: Available
  • Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship/work permits available

Practice Details

  • Newly opened, modern practice
  • Fully digital and paperless
  • Software: Dentally
  • Digital X-rays
  • Rotary endodontics
  • In-house Dental Therapists and Hygienists
  • Strong nursing and admin support
  • Active marketing to help build private income
  • Supportive and clinically focused management team

Requirements

  • GDC registered
  • Active NHS Performer Number
  • PLVE and EU dentists considered
  • Keen to develop ethically balanced NHS and private dentistry
