Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, predominantly NHS dental practice in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity to take over an established patient list from an Associate leaving in October, with excellent clinical support, FD training and mentorship available. The practice can also offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

About the Role

• Contract: 3 days per week
• Days: Flexible, ideally Monday, Thursday and Friday
• Start Date: October
• Remuneration: 37–41% sliding scale, dependent on experience
• Practice Split: Approximately 90% NHS / 10% private
• Established patient list available due to the current Associate leaving
• Visa sponsorship available
• FD training and mentorship available

Ideal Candidate

• GDC registered Dentist
• NHS Performer Number or appropriate route to NHS dentistry
• Open to different levels of experience with mentorship available
• Comfortable working within a predominantly NHS environment
• Keen to develop clinically within a supportive practice

Practice Details

• Predominantly NHS – approximately 90% NHS / 10% private
• 3 surgery practice
• Established patient list ready to take over
• FD training practice
• Mentorship and clinical support available
• Digital scanners available
• Free parking directly outside the practice
• Supportive, established clinical environment

Requirements

• GDC registration
• Right to work in the UK or requiring visa sponsorship
• Appropriate NHS Performer status/eligibility
