Positive experience with Dental Elite regarding practice sales

When it comes to providing an all-round quality, client-centred service in sales and acquisitions, Dental Elite is known for delivering time and time again. Here, Andrew Morgan details his recent experience of selling his three practices with Dental Elite.

I initially discovered the services of Dental Elite through the mailshots that they regularly sent me. Although I had received emails from its competitors on several occasions, I felt inclined to give Dental Elite a go. From my point of view, I made a very good choice.

Indeed, despite the fact I was unfortunate enough to experience problems with all of my sales, I could not fault Dental Elite. With the first practice in Hammersmith, two buyers dropped out before the sale eventually went through to an individual purchaser. But thanks to the current state of the market –southern practices are in greater demand than the North of England – and Leah Turner’s hard work, experience and positivity, it didn’t take long to find another buyer. I encountered the same issue with my Maidenhead and Henley practices, but again, Dental Elite was very rapid in finding a replacement buyer.

With its intimate knowledge of potential buyers and excellent database, I found Dental Elite to be very helpful. Besides that, the team seemed to know the background detail and financial abilities of all the interested parties. Between its rigorous vetting and the fact that all the people who viewed the practices seemed to be in a position where they could realistically afford it, I was most impressed. Leah Turner in particular, knew a vast amount about the buyers. She was able to give me plenty of information on where they operated and how many practices they owned, which was incredibly helpful.

Leah was also very professional, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did she accept calls in the evenings and at the weekends, but she also helped me extensively with the paperwork element– especially the CQC application. In regards to booking viewings, she was very flexible at all times – regardless of the time or day of the week. Indeed, because of the logistics of having three practices on the market at once, there were times when we split the viewings between us – I would be in one practice and Leah in another. With her expertise of the sector, Leah was also able to recommend a reputable solicitor that proved exceedingly useful to the overall process.

Ultimately, Dental Elite has extensive knowledge and a great rapport with its contacts, as well as a free valuation service and all of that combined is what makes the service stand out from the rest. As a result, I would definitely recommend Dental Elite to anyone looking to sell their practice.
