Dr Stephen Potter enlisted the help of Dental Elite to help him sell his dental practice. Dr Potter kindly shares his experience of his selling journey:
“My motivation to put my practice on the market was primarily to fund my retirement.
“We initially put the practice on sale pre-pandemic and had a few potential buyers. We eventually settled on a price, which was a balance between the asking price and what we would be paid as associates post-sale.
“Unfortunately the deal fell through and when we put the practice back on the market it was sold immediately. We chose Dental Elite after we initially had the practice on sale with another agent who had overvalued the practice.
