We’re recruiting for a Private Dentist to join a long-established, patient-focused independent practice in Exeter. This is a rare opportunity to take on an established private list within a small, ethical, and highly regarded practice that prides itself on integrity, quality, and genuine patient care.

About the Role

  • Start Date: January 2026 (earlier start may be considered)
  • Days Available: Mon & Tuesday or Thurs & Friday
  • Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Private Split: 45%
  • Lab Bills: 50%
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years post-qualification
  • Interest in Alinger treatments desirable
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not available
  • Patient Base: Established private list with strong continuity of care

Practice Details

  • Type: Independent, fully private dental practice
  • Surgeries: 2 modern, well-equipped surgeries
  • Software: Pearl Plus
  • Digitalised: Yes – digital X-rays and modern workflow
  • Equipment: No scanner currently, with potential investment for the right candidate
  • Parking: On-site parking available
  • Transport Links: Easily accessible with good local routes

Candidate Requirements

  • GDC registered
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in private or mixed practice
  • Excellent communication and restorative dentistry skills essential
  • Must provide a portfolio of clinical cases
  • Experience or interest in orthodontics / aligner treatment highly desirable
  • Personable, ethical, and committed to long-term patient relationships
