Join a thriving, fully private practice in the heart of Southampton, offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Dentist with a special interest in Orthodontics and Restorative Dentistry. With a long-established patient base, outstanding online reviews, and recent expansion, this is an ideal role for a clinician seeking to grow their private portfolio with support from a Treatment Coordinator and experienced clinical team.

About the Role:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Days Available: 1 day to start (Tuesday 8am–5pm or Friday 8am–4pm), with potential to grow to 4 days
  • Remuneration: 50% split
  • Patient Base: Inherited list + new patient growth supported by internal marketing
  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years post-qualification
  • Essential: Diploma in Orthodontics (specialist list not required)
  • Scope: General dentistry + full orthodontic treatment journey (fixed, removable, clear aligners)

  • Practice Type: 100% Private
  • Established: 13 years, expanding from 3 to 5 surgeries
  • Software: SOE (Exact)
  • Equipment: Itero scanner, EMS airflow, CBCT, digital X-rays
  • Digital Workflow: Fully digital
  • Reputation: 230+ five-star Google reviews, Best Patient Care award 2023
  • Location: Southampton city centre – excellent transport links, nearby parking

Requirements:

  • GDC registered
  • Diploma in Orthodontics
  • Confident in both general private care and orthodontic treatment
  • Able to manage full treatment plans independently
  • Strong communication and team ethos
