We are a modern, patient-focused mixed dental practice located in West Yorkshire, offering both NHS and private treatments. Our practice is home to six spacious and fully equipped surgeries, supported by the latest dental technology including digital X-rays, a CBCT scanner, and intra-oral scanners.

Position Details:

Role: Practice Manager
Location: West Yorkshire (mixed NHS & private practice)
Working Hours: Full-time, 40hrs

Salary: from 35k DOE
Team: Supportive, multi-disciplinary team in a modern and welcoming practice environment
Technology: Digital X-rays, CBCT scanner, intra-oral scanners
Environment: 6 modern surgeries with a strong focus on patient care and development

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the front of house and dental team, ensuring high clinical standards and smooth daily operations
Achieve CQC Compliance Inspections, Chair meetings
Oversee compliance, stock control, and best practice protocols within the surgery
Support training and development of junior nurses and new team members
