We’re recruiting for a full-time Practice Manager to join a well-established mixed practice in Lewisham, South East London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced manager to lead a busy, high-performing team and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

About the Role:
Start Date: Flexible – dependent on the right candidate
Days Available: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Hours: 40–43 hours per week
Salary: Negotiable – dependent on experience and qualifications
Experience Required: Previous dental practice management essential; UDA management experience required

NHS / Private Split: Mixed NHS and Private
Number of Surgeries: [Insert number if known]
Digitalised: Fully digital
Software: Software of Excellence (SOE)
Equipment: Modern equipment throughout
Parking: On-street parking available
Transport Links: Excellent transport connections – bus stop outside, close to stations

Requirements:

Previous experience in dental practice management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with UDA management and NHS compliance
Ability to lead and support the team effectively
Excellent organisational and patient service skills
GDC registration not required
