We are delighted to be recruiting a Practice Manager to join a well-established, reputable dental group in Sale, Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career—either managing a single site or stepping into a dual-site management role (depending on experience).

Role Details:
Start Date: ASAP
Role Type: Single or Dual Site (depending on experience)
Salary:

Single Site: £30,000 – £32,000
Dual Site: £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE and responsibilities)
Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years in dentistry (Dental Nurse or Receptionist background)
Must have held roles for at least 2 years (no job-hoppers)
Experience in senior admin, lead nurse, or assistant PM roles preferred

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and compliance
Manage NHS contracts while building private revenue
Staff management: rota, sickness, disciplinaries, training
Handle stock control and invoicing
Work closely with and receive support from a senior PM in the business
