“Our biggest challenge was a lack of coherence between legal teams, which could have been more efficient.
“We chose the offer we accepted because there was a higher chance of a completion of sale, and we liked the buyers.
“Even though the past two sales fell through at the final hurdle, we stuck with Dental Elite as we were very happy with their support. I felt the bill at the end was good value for money considering the effort and time Sue expended during the process.”
